Meet Our Exceptional Educators

We go above and beyond, investing twice the national average in professional development, to ensure we foster a love of learning for everyone at Wilson.
WE AVERAGE 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
WE AVERAGE 15 YEARS AT WILSON

Early Childhood

You don’t have to choose between a nurturing environment and challenging academics... at Wilson, you get both!

Each class of our youngest students is taught by two full-time faculty members in lovely, light-filled spaces with direct access to a playground, as well as by our specialists in French, PE, and the Arts. Our little learners also have lots of time for self-directed exploration and play. The result? Children who love coming to school! “Monday Morning” can be happy
words in your home.

Primary Grades

Still young, yet ready for new challenges and responsibilities:
Our primary grade students grow in mastery of essential academic and personal skills.

Our dedicated teaching teams continue to pay attention to the needs of each student, combining group and individual instruction to ensure that every child flourishes. You will be amazed at how your child blossoms with the purposeful and caring partnership between Wilson and your family. Supporting positive whole-family outcomes in these crucial years of transition is integral to what we do.

Upper Grades

Our Upper School students are engaged more than ever in the Wilson community, even as we prepare them to leave it.

Increasing opportunities for leadership, independence, and deep learning give our students the skills they need to becoming confident, competent, and caring young adults. Our students are exceptionally ready for post-graduate success, yet always excited to return “home” to Wilson!

Specialists

From the very youngest to the most grown-up, every one of our students benefits from time with our knowledgeable specialists.

Our specialists are passionate about the subjects they teach, inspiring our students to explore a  wide range of disciplines and to discover their own interests as they learn. Special instruction is given in every discipline from Pre-Kindergarten to 6th grade with the exception of Latin, where formal classes begin in 4th grade.
