Wilson Graduates Make Their MarkAlumnus Nicholas Drake, Class of 2010, treated the Wilson community to a performance of "Lucky to Be Me" from his favorite musical, "On the Town."
Goh Kurosawa, a talented musician and Wilson alum paid a visit to his “home away from home” in St. Louis and dedicated this special performance to the school. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Goh spent the bulk of his childhood in the town of Maebashi, Japan. From 1981 - 1984, Goh and his family settled in St. Louis, where they quickly became like family to The Wilson School and especially to Goh’s pre-kindergarten teacher, Linda Noel.
“Our family moved back to Japan and lived in a smaller town called Maebashi, where I completed elementary and high school. As graduation approached, I thought about where I might want to go for college and it was very comfortable for me to look at Washington University because I had the friends and the connections from my time at Wilson.” |
