Amanda Dressler joined Wilson's faculty as the Library Specialist in the fall of 2018. Before assuming this role, she spent fourteen years in education as a high school English teacher. Amanda’s favorite thing about being an elementary librarian at Wilson is teaching students in all grade levels, from the youngest children in pre-kindergarten through the young teens in sixth grade. She also enjoys the many opportunities she has to collaborate with teachers in all curricular areas. In her personal time, Amanda likes cooking and baking, reading, and spending time with her twin sister and fellow Wilson faculty member, Stephanie Wiegert. Amanda lives in the heart of Webster Groves with her husband and two children.
