Tuition & Financial Aid

Half-day Tuition (PK only)
8:15 am – 12:30 pm (after lunch): $16,740*

Full-day Tuition (PK & JK)
8:15 am - 3:15 pm: $24,980*

Full-day Tuition (SK - 6th Grade)
8:15 am - 3:15 pm: $26,230*

*Tuition rates increase between 2-5% each year and are approved in January.

Other Fees

Extended Day Fees Per Semester (optional)

1 day/week/student/semester: $ 300
2 days/week/student/semester: $ 600
3 days/week/student/semester: $ 900
4-5 days/week/student/semester: $ 1,175

You can choose to pay for extended day monthly or add the yearly extended day fees to your Smart Tuition Account. Pre-registration is required for those who choose Extended Day care on a daily/weekly/monthly drop-in rate of $20 per student per day.

Extra-Curricular Activities (optional)

The Wilson School offers a variety of after school activities, which may include robotics, sports, music classes and other clubs. Fees for these activities vary and options are available for registration by semester.

Winter Break, Spring Break and Summer Camp (optional)

Wilson Winter and Spring Break Camp Hours: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Wilson offers Winter and Spring Break Camp care for families for an additional fee. The hours are similar to a typical school day and there is extended day care available.

Lunch/Milk Program (optional)

Hot lunch is available for about $6 per day and can be purchased through Championship Catering by the day, month, semester or year. Lunches include a healthy and well-rounded meal that includes a protein, fruit, veggie, or side, and a full salad bar.
You can purchase 2% regular milk for the year for $75 by completing a form once your child has enrolled at Wilson.

Parents' Association Fee (required per student)

The Wilson Parents' Association (PA) offers parents many opportunities to get involved in the life of their child at Wilson School. Your $75 fee per child helps to provide fun, family-friendly events throughout the year as well as other added conveniences. Examples include the Wilson Family Picnic, Cosmic Bowling, book fairs, teacher gifts, and more! There are two PA meetings during the school year, one in the fall and one in the spring. Tuition Payments, Insurance, and Continuous Enrollment

The Wilson School utilizes Smart Tuition for tuition payment services which connects directly to your family MyWilson account. Families may choose from the following payment options:

1 payment in full by July 1 via check, a debit, or credit card
2 payments in July and February
10 installments paid each month beginning in May through February via automatic debit

New families are asked to pay a 10% deposit based on the tuition owed plus a $75 Parents' Association fee and a yearly $50 annual Smart Tuition maintenance fee.

New families who opt for the 2 or 10-payment plan option are required to purchase Dewar Tuition insurance (2.6% of the tuition owed which is added to your tuition bill) for the first year they enroll at Wilson. The cost of the insurance is automatically added to the first tuition payment. After the first year, the insurance program is optional for all families.

Continuous Enrollment is implemented after a family's first year at Wilson. Instead of signing a contract each year, families are asked to indicate their intent only if opting-out by the deadline (early February). An enrollment fee of $650 is charged to a family's Smart Tuition account in March to secure their child's spot at Wilson for the coming school year.
