We encourage all parents to attend and get involved! For more information, please send a message to pa@wilsonschool.com.

Tuition Payments, Insurance, and Continuous Enrollment

The Wilson School utilizes Smart Tuition for tuition payment services.  Families may choose from the following payment options:
  • 1 payment in full by July 1 via online or personal check
  • 10 installments paid each month beginning in May through February via a bank account

New families are asked to pay a 10% deposit based on the tuition owed plus a $75 Parents' Association fee.

If a new family chooses the 10-payment plan option, they are also required to purchase Dewar Tuition insurance (2.6% of the tuition owed) for the first year they enroll at Wilson.  The cost of the insurance is automatically added to the first tuition payment.  After the first year, the insurance program is optional for all families.

Families re-enrolling their child(ren) are required to pay a $650 enrollment fee per child (plus the PA fee) with their contract renewal (January and February).

Continuous Enrollment is implemented after a family's first year at Wilson.  Instead of signing a contract each year, families are asked to indicate their intent to re-enroll by the deadline (January and February).  An enrollment fee of $650 is charged to their Smart Tuition account accordingly to secure their child's spot at Wilson for the following year.
