In-Person Tours
We encourage every family looking at Wilson to visit during a school day morning, even if you've toured during an open house. In-person tours are available year round. Check our availability for an in-person tour here.
Parent Zoom Meetings
Have you been on a tour or attended an event, but have more questions? Schedule a Parent Zoom session with our admissions team Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Typically, Zoom sessions last between 30 and 45 minutes. Please email Maggie in the Admissions Office if you need to meet during a time that is not listed.
Applicant Visits
Once we receive your application, the next step is to schedule your child's applicant visit/assessment. For early childhood applicants (PK&JK), the assessment occurs on a Saturday in January or February with a small group of students and two teachers who will engage your child in some developmentally appropriate activities. After February, early childhood applicants are asked to schedule an individual playdate/assessment through the Admissions Office.
Applicants for senior kindergarten through the sixth grade are asked to visit during the school day from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The visit includes one-on-one time with a teacher who will engage your child in reading, writing, and math activities. Please be sure to share any food allergies with us prior to your child's visit so we can make the appropriate accommodations. The purpose of the assessment is to get to know your child academically, socially, and emotionally to help determine if Wilson is the right fit for your child and for the class.
