Andrea Land’s passion for creating and teaching visual arts has taken her everywhere from Rekjavik to Tokyo. She loves helping her students find the pathways that art creates for transforming ordinary materials into extraordinary artworks and experiences. Andrea also enjoys sharing the new perspectives that the arts offer on cultures throughout the world. She particularly appreciates the culture of close community here at The Wilson School.
When she’s not at Wilson, Andrea remains an avid traveller. She also enjoys cultivating plants (especially ferns) and caring for animals of all kinds. |
