Board of Trustees
The Wilson School is a not-for-profit institution governed by a board of trustees, comprised of alumni, current parents, former parents, grandparents, and friends of the school. Each trustee – representing a variety of viewpoints and talent sets – is elected by members of the board to serve a three-year term, and may be re-elected to a second term.
The board is responsible for keeping and protecting the school’s mission, setting the strategic plan, ensuring financial stability, developing and renewing institutional policy, and supporting the Head of School in accomplishing goals.
