The WIlson School board of trusteesGovernanceThe Wilson School is a not-for-profit institution governed by a Board of Trustees. The majority of trustees are current parents, whereas remaining members are former parents, grandparents and friends of the school. Each trustee is elected by members of the Board to serve a three-year term, and may be re-elected to a second term. Wilson's Board keeps current and protects the school's mission, sets the strategic plan, insures the financial stability of the school, develops and renews institutional policy, and supports the head of school in accomplishing the goals of the school.
